I wanted to check on my account to know if a cancelled item had been received from Amazon so that I would not be charged for it. And I received excellent customer service and I would recommend Affirm to anyone.

We book a hotel in Sacramento for 4 days but we feel we are not safe in that area so we decided to cancel our stay..

Poor rude customer service .called to make payment only to be hung up on. Hard to understand the 3 different people I spoke with

The phone number they have was a land line which I no longer have because I hardly ever used it. I used Affirm once when I bought a $250.00 vacuum from ***, after that they sent me an email telling me that I had a credit limit of $700.00 so I don't understand what the big deal is about changing my phone and email

Learn how to take all people in consideration and yes I am pissed.TikTok is mainly the problem, their Merchants are ripping people off and lying with all that fakes advertisement. They use to be straight and now everybody trying to get over.

I shredded the card. Dont want anyone to use it(scammer) had/has the number.

The scammer was supposedly working with *** as a security consultant. He was trying to trap scammers.

Trying unsuccessfully, to log into said acct. go to change my number to verify myself and states I can not and that affirm will not help me!?

I purchased an e-bike with Aipas but it hasn't been delivered and [PERSON_NAME] says it will be delivered today 06/03/26, but [PERSON_NAME] says they don't even have the package, so someone is wrong and I'm not paying for something I didn't receive.

I tried too call and pay off my loan,could not reach anyone ,I also tried going online it is very difficult online to reach anyone so after hours of trying to contact someone I gave up.. I was very happy for the service it's just difficult to get you guys paid.
