Returned futon

I purchased a futon from Walmart when it was delivered it was the wrong color. I returned the futon and cancel the order. There was no payment made because no payment came due before it was returned, but it has not been taken off of my Affirm account yet.

I misspelled the email address for two gift cards I did not a refund or cancel I just needed the email address updated to go to the right recipient. Affirm would not help and understood they made money without pro the product.

Rude Customer Service

There was an offer on the Affirm app - 5% off next payment if you linked your bank account and made payment from the account. I didn't receive my 5% off, two customer service reps wanted proof. 1 customer rep left the conversation without notice and the 2nd rep was rude.

Please, I need to speak to a customer service representative about an upcoming scheduled auto payment.

I have an auto payment scheduled in 2 days. Due to recent medical expenses, I currently do not have enough money in my bank account to cover this payment.

May I delay the auto payment until June 3, 2024?

I'll have enough money to cover it by that date.

Otherwise, I'll be looking at overdraft fees piling up in my bank account. That would be a disaster.

I have spoken to your consultant company for an hour, now trying to communicate with Affirm directly of my disappointment. Youll see from my records, you wish everyone paid this well.

However the past few days I have tried several times to purchase an item. Yall are sending verification emails to an old email I no longer can accesss, Ive told people this, several times, Im sent from one paragraph writing to another I worked in Customer Service many years, not have computer systems destroyed the ability to communicate a problem. On 4/19/2023 Affirm allowed someone to use my account, sent it to their Ticketmaster, but says I am responsible. I never authorized her to use my account or gave permission.

Said person lived at same address (i have moved out due to this) dont give her permission to use my account. Tickets were never used. I even tried to get them to give me credit or put that amount towards a loan I was making for a show in my state for my birthday. They did nothing to solve this issue.

So 6 Six months later I am still fighting this. I ask for supervisors and I have asked for the legal department. No solutions but they will call me 2 a day and harass me. I have loans with them and I pay them on time ...why?

cause I purchased them. This I will fight cause it is there fault. I even tried to get the loan amount put towards the tickets I bought for the St.

Louis show on my bday. But they would not

File fraud through the app and dispute through consumer rights on your credit report app at the bottom of the page you can get into the consumer rights app. And fine a dispute against Affirm for allowing that to happen.

Affirm is ridiculous they made an error on my loan and reported it late for $17 after I had paid 100's of Dollars with several of loans on auto pay they mark a late payment and refuse to remove it from my credit report It was their error and now I can't Even get help with housing bc of that remark I have disputed this for almost a year and they refuse to admit they made the error. Keep fighting until it's fixed that's what I am doing!

If it's on your phone your personal property you should be able to trust that someone would keep their hands and nose to their self that is a violation of privacy and Theft! That's what's wrong with society and this generation these spoiled *** brats think they deserve everything even if it not theirs! You want something get off your *** and work for it!

If it's not yours keep your hands off of it! Learn some respect for other people your not privileged your a Thief!

Did you file charges against this person and have her arrested? Most places will not begin to help you unless you file a police report or in this case press charges. You should be mad at the person you lived with that did this and also at yourself for your carelessness.

100% agree. All these people that claim a friend or family member used their account and want to blame the bank need to reimagine the incident as if that person stole the money out of their wallet.

Cannot access account

So my account is associated with a phone number that I have not had for at least 4 years maybe more. So every time I go through to put my information in it wants to send a text to a number that I dont know is even still in service.

My current phone number is 302 228 **** I was trying to set up an account using that number. I havent had any access to my account for years and Im seriously about to give up on affirm. The only reason I havent is because mothers day/my sons grandmothers birthday is coming up and there is a necklace ive been wanting to get her for years. I have a different job now which pays me direct deposit so i have proof of that.

I am just fed up with the entire situation. Thank You

I made a payment over the phone. And they were not able to provide me with a confirmation number, and I did not receive an email with a confirmation number like I normally would if I've made the payment on the app.
