I purchased product with a Affirm virtual credit card at HARBOR FREIGHT off my phone. I later returned product than realized that the card numbers I use to purchase that product was different then the affirm numbers on my phone and Affirm account. so the refund went back on that mystery card number that I have no idea where that card came from... I spoke with and I emailed Affirm and also the store numerous times in acourse of 3 months... u think affirm has helped or even tried to really investigaqte this... *** NO!!! So im out 400 bucks and still having to pay this loan off....before they screw up my credit....

Horrible Customer Service

My account stop working but I have 2 loans I'm paying on, called Affirm and they told me they don't know why it won't work sorry. They can take my money with no issues, sucks cause they used to be a cool app. Guess I will use someone else.

Disputing a bikl

I purchased three tickets through Affirm, however I contacted the airline directly as the wrong time for October 7th tickets were incorrect. So the airline took control of tickets and assigned new ticket numbers and tickets were repurchased so I now do not owe Affirm for these tickets which totaled $498 for 3 tickets. Please look into this as I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years.

Recent purchase

Poor customer service. I made several tries and could not call anyone for a specific question. The help tab would not give me an option to communicate with customer service. I had to google their number and the cycle repeated itself.

Down payment refund

I got preapproved 2200 but my purchase was for 2800 I was asked to make a down payment of $600 out of pocket will I receive my refund of $600 back its has cleared in my account

Not looking into purchase dispute

I made a purchase on July using Affirm.com. it is now October and I have not received any merchandise from the company. I advised them that I never received any confirmation. From the company and that their website nor phone number works when I call. So basically I have been scammed. I advised them that I tried to contact the company via email and phone and was unsuccessful. Affirm has stated that I am still responsible for the loan and still do not have the product or a way to contact the company directly. When I asked for a manager, they attempted to make me ha g up by waiting approximately 15 minutes and counting and right now, I am still on hold. Please help or tell me what I should do if I can't get I. Touch with the actual company

Very dissatisfied with how I was treated on a call to customer service

While we discuss the problem with my account they act like they were bother with me asking questions and youre in a hurry to get off the phone to do something else

Refund not credited back to affirm loan

I've spoken to affirm customer service three times. Twice last week and again today. I'm being told that they don't have the information they need from 1stopbedrooms to refund the loan. The merchandise was never shipped. Order was canceled and now I'm expected to make a payment on furniture that I don't have. This will be a late payment that may compromise my credit. I have no intention of paying for anything that I never received.

Package

Mail package back to company for a refund, package came back to usps stating that company is no longer at that address. Ive tried emailing, calling everything is bogus. I paid for this order in full. Theres no forwarding address. That is the address on file to send returns to.

So the same exact order was sent to my door I got those had them put on last weekend so now Im being charged with to affirm accounts for the same exact thing. Ive done this with you before to cancel. Loan help

My problem was never resolved I spoke to a representative there about a payment I was supposed to make I was sick with COVID-19 so and I couldnt pay it at the time and I was just wondering if they could give me some leeway or hopefully they understand They partially understood what I was going through but I still had a report to the credit bureau and things of that nature so overall it was a terrible experience and I didnt get anything resolved.
