It normally takes about 7 to 10 business to get a refund with Affirm. Monday thru Friday.

So if the refund was done on a weekend the counter starts that Monday. If payments are made during that time then they send the Money back via check another 2 business weeks. They may have changed it and allow you to apply the payment to another loan.

I was a user back when it first started. It is quicker when dealing with a retailer that takes Affirm directly.

Still cannot make my payment and cannot reach you about it…..

Covid caused me to get behind on my payments. Employer was closed. I am having trouble paying all my bills. Called the number o n the site, spoke to someone and they told me they were not the ones to help me and told me to write a review. Well here it is. I am behind on all my bills and need an extension of at least 3 months to get all my creditors caught up.

User's recommendation: Make sure you can speak to someone who can help you with a problem not just an answering company.

Returning items

On my order I order Mens not womans. They are sending the womans sneakers. Already spoke to the vendor and I asked him if they had those sneakers in Mens but they said they dont have them. So whats going on when the sneakers arrive the are going right back.

To work harder to help people that are paid monthly

I get paid once a month. I tried to change the due date so that I would not be late going forward on some of my accounts and I was unable to do so. My new job only pays once monthly and it is going to make it very difficult for me to pay the loans that I have with you on time. All I asked is that the due date be changed to the 10th of the month for all of my loans and I was denied

Every time I try to make a purchase says I don't have the proper idea I can't get ahold of anyone to get things straight and down Never had a problem before but now I've got an issue and it cannot get resolved

I can't get into my account

Affirm sends me messages to type in the code they send, and I do and it does not accept it. I need to have them send me a verification code saying they got my payment. I will not keep sending them the code back and let them take money out of my account each time. Not a satisfied customer at all.

Refund questions

Why haven't I received my refund? It was processed by the company (spirit) weeks ago, when I called to inquire I was told two different things as far as policy, then the rep told me it should show in my bank account the following day, which was not true, very disappointed and cannot rebook my trip because my money is being held, and no explanation why.

Set up auto pay

I was not able to access my account online to confirm my loan account(s) were set up for auto-pay. A very courteous customer service rep assisted me in completing this task quickly.
