Its still pending , The original hotel sent a message were canceling my reservation due to renovation. Do I had to make other arrangements. I waiting on them to send a refund to third party I have to make payments too

Customer service even told me that they had to void the refund check they originally issued and send me another, delaying the receipt of my refund even further. Absolutely horrendous.

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I returned an item that I finished paying for with an Affirm loan, but Affirm told me they could not electronically issue the refund to my bank account and that they would instead have to mail me a paper check which could take up to 30 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive, which makes no sense because no domestic mail takes 30 days to reach its destination (not to mention that mail doesn't stop on Saturdays, a non-business day).

And, of course, the paper check runs the risk of being lost or stolen along the way. What a joke.

Amazon said they refunded me; they didn't. Affirm said they will refund me as soon as Amazon indicated I sent them back.

I sent photos of the returns; nothing. Affirm is still billing me.

I returned those chairs in January 2025. I hate them like poison.

I don't want all your money. Walmart has all your money.

Do you think I'm dumb? Two months ago, I returned $137.78 for something on May 9. Walmart refunded me 0.01. Okay, what happened to the rest of the money?

Do you want me to explain that money to you? My answer is no because I called Walmart, and they refuse to fix it. I am a poor woman; I'm not crazy. Okay, help me please with Walmart to fix it.

Will NOT process my refund

Have tried for 3 mths (last time today) by chat, online email, telephone to get AFFIRM to process my refund of $192.00 (to my AM EX) for shoes returned to SAS. I have a confirmation letter of the return and need for credit, but AFFIRM blames it on Am EX for not processing it.

Am Ex tells me they have no such letter from AFFIRM.

AFFIRM refuses to send it again. I find this company and their agents to be well trained on giving excuses to consumers and think they are cheats and thieves.

Dispute They OWE ME

I purchased several items from Birch Lane and Wayfair total of 3 items part of this total was 1 bedframe. The first bedframe Wayfair sent wrong size, and it was damaged they fixed it by sending correct item with discount.

Affirm account payments were made timely and at the end for 5 months I kept calling customer service center advising them that they have in their total 2 bedframes each person stated they looked at Wayfair bill and Brich Lane bill the compared with Affirm account show discrepancy all stated they would need to send to another department to review and I would be credited the difference over $800.00. No response and I kept calling with two other reps very rude and stated they saw nothing and Wayfair told them it was correct. I have copy of all accounts and sent to Affirm and til this day they say I owe 75.00 and sent to a collections.

I am Hiring a attorney and reported to Better Business Burial. Watch your accounts with Affirm they owe me over 800.00 and now more due to credit was hit

Affirm assigned 2 different card #. When merchant went to send refund.

They couldn't return money to the new # and the first card wasn't there any more.

Now merchant sent me proof of the new refund and Affirm is slow dragging the return. Unacceptable..

Complaining about the service you "dont" have.

in may I ordered a typewriter (mint green) it is August and I still dont have a refund! Affrim should be responsable for all the grief I have gone thru?

Walmart Claims they mailed back to me ( I never saw it!) I will never pay a penny back ( I dont owe you money) you owe me $143.00 to you because I know this is all a scam. I will not be buying anything from Affrim and Walmart and I will tell anyone I know to not buy from you!

User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Affrim, You will be locked in for live. They lost my Typewriter (I was trying to return it) suddenly there was no help at all! I lost $143 dollars to them. They were supposed to send it to me but it went to a Walmart doesn’t have it ? And Affirm said they sent it back to Walmart!! 3 months latter and I don’t have anything from Affrim and Walmart said they didn’t have it!

I have a >830 FICO score and all bills are paid within one billing cycle; they asked for a copy of my U.S. passport, cellphone texts received, took my photo with my computer to verify the image on my passport, and still I was denied.

I have never been denied before - ever; but these poorly trained staff, who evidently couldn't understand what I was explaining to them, left me levied.

I've been punished for having a freeze on my credit, which I did unfreeze for them to run my credit and, of course, they screwed that up as well. Despite my demands to speak with a supervisor, my requests were ignored by rude personnel.

Previous complaints about cheap flooring by you are not indicative of an 830 or any score. With an 830, you have the gold standard mix of traditional loans( mortgage or auto) and revolving (lines of credit or credit cards).

An 830 is low/no balance on revolving credit and a lot of available credit. Which with an 830 have the best offered interest rates. Why all the rage at an Affirm denial when you have options in place?

Use your low interest credit, unless you are not being honest. And btw, a new Affirm account will knock your score down, but using what you have and paying it off may get you to 840.

People with an 830 credit score would not go near Affirm for anything. Nice try though.

I don't quite understand the “nice try though” part of your comment. Were you trying to give me helpful advice?

At the moment I just needed a delayed that 3 minth payment oponth, they offer and they came recommended by the merchant I was about to do business with. Or are you warning me, that I dodged a bullet?

I think they are suggesting you are not being honest about your credit score and that of a person had a score that high, they could do much better than Affirm.

Check my previous reviews, ABSOLUTELY NO FABRICATIONS about my FICO score(s). If you or they don’t have anything helpful to add; you shouldn’t waste yours and my time commenting.

And again, us who do have elevated FICO scores still could use a 3 month extended period to repay for a purchase. Even millionaires use other people’s money!

Respectfully of course. Oh and I assumed that was what was meant, by their comment.
