I can’t get anything done on my account by them

Obviously, I had an account with them which I dont remember making 20 in 2020. They have a wrong birthday down for me which tells me I didnt do it. They said it was my fault. I said no its not. I gave him all my information to reset my birth date and they wont do anything they wont call me back management nothing they refuse to talk to me. They keep transferring me and I refuse to be on hold for the third time for over a half hour, I would not do business with these people if my life depended on it since they cant handle paperwork and they dont know whats going on you asked for a supervisor you never get one. I feel sorry for the people that have to answer the phones theyre pretty good, but they dont teach them or school. Im enough to know the company I gave them a rating of two. Worse ever Company to deal with next to Capitol One! The have no system in place to reset your password to access your account nor to update / change your phone number; unless, you bow down to their terms like a Slave & allow them to invade / steal away your United States Constitutional 14th Amendment Privacy Rights protected under the United States of America.

They demand a photo (pic) on a Driver's License or Passport which they are not legal authorized to ask for of you before they will give you return access to your account and or allow you to make a payment. They are in a Foreign Country and have no accountability to any American Customer & they do not have to obey Amerikaan Laws! All Customes are at risk of having their identity stolen by Foreigners at their Foreign Companies in Foreign Countries from the Philippines to Canada, etc. They firce us to give up our pictures / driver's License & or Passports that have all our information fir one of their Employees to steal & use for their benefits!

Or worse, if their Country wanted to WAR against American Citizens they have all the informational access to harm us. It does not make sense that that hace you verify who you are, send you codes to prove your identity then turn around and wrongly demand a pic of you that can be photoshop! They have no clue what we look at so collecting a photo of us proves nothing. No where when opening up a credit account with them do they ever ask for our pics, so why ask for our pics when we change our phone & want to update it's number or lose our password!

It is only these overpriced Foreign cheap Companies that want to slice & dice us a part to know everything about us. Even Government offices don't ask for our direct photo. If any did they would not restrict us from paying out bill as Affirm does. According to multiple Affirm Foreign Employees from Philippines to Canada I spoke to from Feb.

to May 2023 I can not pay on my two small account without helping them steal my image / Driver's License & or Passport. They demand I have a Driver's License for 4 months in order to Pay on my account. There is no America nor Foreign Law that can force me to have a Driver's License. Then the Canadian Supervisor MacKenzie states in May that they will accept a Passport.

If I refuse to give them my Driver's License photo why in *** would I give them my Passport photo instead? The hold point is that they legally have no right to request my pic nor my Driver's License or Passport without my permission. The Supervisor & other Foreign Empyees refuse to say how many People will have access to keeping my photo and she refused they will use my picture in their Country! I can not risk having to deal with identity theft, robbery of my money from my Bank norcwirry about who will harm me using my infirmation that Affirm & its Employees will never be held accountable for.

I valuable who I am and my private information more than gold. I will not give my information of my pic / driver'sicense or be forced to get a Druver's License or submit my passport for a Foreign Company to have and use anyway they want. I have a responsibility to protect my Human, Civil & Constitutional / Physical image Rights and my Bank account! I will shop elsewhere with Companies that are in America and who hire American Workers!

Screw Affirm and it's thievery ways to steal our images, money (30% interest rates they charge). The Canadian Supervusor McKinsey try to use fear tactics and violated the Fair Debt & Collection Laws and said to me that "once your account becomes delinquent & goes on your Credir Report you will never be able to remove the debt off your three credit reports." She oblivious did not know we Americans can dispute our credit reports and get erroneous lying debts off of our reports. She thought she could intimidate me & I reminded her I was recording the call to use in court against her & the Owners of Affirm.

She got mad & put me on ao g hold where she never came back. So, now I got to decide do I want to sue in Small claims where I can't sue over $10,000.00 or file in Civil Rights Court where the matter belongs fir any amount I want to since Affirm is *** bent on ruining my credit by blocking me out if my account & demanding my photo plus sue them for all their Fair Debt / Credit Laws violations!

Im trying to get my affirm card and every time I try to click on the page it says something went wrong and to check my internet and refresh my page. It shows I have 1800 to spend but how do I use my card when I cant get it. Appreciate any help I can get. Thank you. Ethel Gresham

That I didnt open this account nor did I purchase a $500 gift card from target my accounts were hacked n the hacker took all my money from my checking n savings accounts Im sending photos to show proof of my accounts as well as a police report to that I have filed I certainly hope this can be settled ASAP thank you

Ordered wheels for auto ,said they would fit my car ,then when they arrived they would not fit correctly. Tried to work with extreme customs through emails also asked for phone conversion and never got one.after many tries and with no solutions I have no choice but to ask for refund.this all could have been avoided with a phone call or email from extreme customs to find a solution.

The company has reported a fraudulent loan to my credit report!!! I contacted affirm and I was told to contact amazon because the account was an amazon charge. When I contacted amazon attached is the customer service letter. I have never obtained a loan for 200 dollars. I would pay cash if I had bought something for that amount. THis Is Fraud!

Hello, this is the document I tried to send on Friday, with the confirmation of refund that was issued last week and that the agent said he did not see, but the previous agent saw, because she asked me if I had made a payment of $200 and she said herself it was a refund. I am sending this again just in case. I would like to add that the confirmation from flight and hotel from CheapOair came instantly and I never received a confirmation from the hotel or airline directly so that was the reason of me wanting to cancel besides all the bass reviews I saw after about CheapOair, they said they could not cancel tickets but they did the hotel, after a big hustle trying to find my information because according to them I did not give them my correct address and phone number, a lady from the billing department, her name is Selma, agreed to verify my email address and then she found the issue, apparently the address showing on my info was that of affirm. So I dont know how this happened, but it was very stressful to me, it is a lot of money. Thanks for your understanding. Patricia Vivas 514247****

Fraudulent charges.

I have used Affirm on several occasions. Have always paid my bill on time. Have been a loyal customer. I am also proactive about my credit rating and monitor it on a daily basis. That all changed in January of 2023 when I made several bookings thru one of their vendors "Price Line". The first was a reservation for two people to Las Vegas. A total package that included flight and hotel. I wanted to add an additional person including flight. Which would be a total of three people. I was not allowed to do that?? I made a new reservation to include three people. Price Line notified me that I had a duplicate booking an I went in to my account to cancel. Which indeed I did cancel along with a flight for two addition passengers. They cancelled everything other than the flight for the first reservation. Which meant that I had four seats for two people on the same flight and destination. How ridiculous is that. If I was simply able to amend the original booking to include the extra person this problem would not have happened. Price Line and Affirm had no problem cancelling those bookings but still refused to cancel and refund the flight on the original booking On the original booking I was only refunded the hotel portion of the trip...and the flight remained. It is still on my Affirm Account even though I have been in dispute with Affirm, Price Line and Spirt Airlines since early February. I have had so many non productive conversation submitting collaborating information that validate the trip was cancelled. The hotel thru Price Line and the flight thru Spirit Air. Now my credit is being affected by fraudulent in accurate charges for services that were indeed cancelled and not used. I will never use Affirm again, nor Price Line or Spirit Airlines. Granted $300 is not a lot of money. However I refuse to pay for services that were cancelled and never used. Customer service on all parties is just the worst. My credit took a hit to the -49. I am seeking legal counsel and will seek monetary damages for the time and effort that I have had to expend to get this resolved. I am equally offended by the fact that as "AFFIRM" is my lender . My interests should be foremost and paramount. It isn't! Abundantly clear that AFFIRM is all about servicing the vendors and couldn't care less even when substantial evidence is provided that charges are fraudulent. I have over 150 +++++ conversations with numerous Affirm customer service representatives. Every time it is a different person. Stupid! Have submitted documentatio
