I’m trying to get a dispute closed but nobody will do it for some reason
I opened a dispute and now I can’t get them to cancel or close it for me so I can do away with that loan and have it removed from my account i have tried at least 10 times and asked to fix it but they don’t care about their customers and I will not get anymore loans from this ungrateful company nor will I say anything good about them to anyone else

I tried for months to get my refund credited back to my account. My case was closed by Affirm help center without any explaination what action had Affirm been taken even I had forward proof from Vendor they already credited my return back in February!!! Affirm kept saying it's over 60 days and they do not see the credit. The transaction was between Affirm and the vendor, so if the vendor had forward confirmation refund already being credited; isn't it up to Affirm to take action to clear my loan instead of they keep sending me reminder that I still have payments to make for the loan along with overdue alerts! My case has been closed many times without resolution and my frustration is beyond words that I can put with my experiences with Affirm help center through hours of calls and chats. Never again and will tell all to stay away doing business with them.
Yes I am having the same issues with affirm. I have spoken to at least 15 representatives and they all say the same thing. Affirm does not care about customer service and I will no longer be doing business with them after my loan is paid off
Yes they refuse to help me with an airline ticket I purchased & cxld within 4 hours that was $298. I paid over $150 but I refuse to pay another penny!!
