To whom it may concern Loan ID: VUMW-HXXL

Please see the email string below you have found that this charge by Expedia was Not supposed to be charged and I owe $0 money and never booked anything ever with Expedia!!! This has been going on back and forth over a month now.

Expedia says they have NO record of me buying anything and you employee below has also verified with Expedia I booked nothing with them- this is no longer something that can be tolerated and I need my account cleared immediately!! Read the string below! If not resolved fully and all charges removed immediately I can only believe that o should file a complaint with the Attorney General for fraud! I am at this point not going to continue to be ran around and around- I have nothing from Expedia and they have verified it with your employees (see below) 0 my balance on Expedia immediately- I have been patient enough!

It was never supposed to be changed! The only thing I have is a chat from their customer support saying in 72 hours this charge would drop off! It has been well over 72 hours. Remove this charge immediately because now it is becoming fraud!

No one had authorization to charge me for anything through Expedia!! It is not authorized nor wanted! If your company allows this charge it is committing fraud and will file a complaint with the FBI as this is a cross state fraud! I did not get or authorize nor order this trip!

I have NO invoice because I never ordered or wanted it!!!

If you do not have the documentation listed above, please reach out to Expedia and request that they supply a confirmation in writing that the order will not be fulfilled.

You can also ask that the order be voided on their end or they can send us information directly to help@***.com referencing loan ID: VUMW-HXXL. The status of your Affirm loan can be reviewed by logging in to the mobile app or website.
