Signing up was smooth and useful. The representative did her best, but it would be better if the reps had a better command of our English language. When I realized I still did not have the debit card after 20 business days instead of the 7-10 b. days, it was very difficult finding customer support or even the phone number. The use of cookie cutter websites with most frequently asked questions overlooks the first basic questions, like the fact that I had never received the card. The USPS is extremely dysfunctional, unreliable, and downright menacing. There ARE other modes of delivery. No one should rely on the USPS anymore. If businesses want to stop bleeding money they should boycott the USPS!!! Most of our issues revolve around the renegade-outlaw-USPS!!!
