Did resolve problem. I have ti wait for Affirm to contact me before its resolved. Its been a month that Ive been calling them

If you use Affirm, that's great, but if you happen to have any issues at all, their customer service is horrendous. They close the chat channel without assisting you, and no, it doesn't time out, it's within seconds of you responding.

In other words, if it's an issue they don't want to deal with, they won't. I've always been on Autopay for every single bill; they removed Autopay without telling me. The phone representative I was finally able to get to said he didn't understand why it fell off; a system issue, apologies, etc. I paid it.

It took me two hours to get to the point of 'we don't know what happened.' That's not acceptable. You need to know and be able to help accordingly.

I made a payment to pay off a loan over a week ago and it still tells me I owe three cents. The app wont let me pay this, as it has to be over a dollar amount.

I first contacted customer service regarding this and I get told that it's a policy thing and the three cents will get dropped when my payment processes within 3-5 business days. Cool. I use the chat again and when I brought this up, my chats get continuously dropped after blowing me off with "just keep waiting", including by a supervisor! I am forced to call after customer service refused to transfer me back and I get now told "oh no, you have to wait 5-8 business days."
I like Affirm as a service but customer service is abysmal and appears to enjoy copying and pasting general answers rather than giving human and helpful response.
EDIT: I ended up speaking with a supervisor over the phone and she actually gave me a human answer and said it is indeed 3-5 business days.

She has told me to call tomorrow if it is not processed by today.

It is very sad I had to waste almost an hour and half of my life just to speak to someone who wouldn't give me a generic answer. Do better Affirm!

Not helpfull with no resolution of the Affirm registration that was unauthorized. Fraud is suspected.

Contacting Affirm directly would have been a more efficient option.

I thought I was still on the Affirm website when I was trying to respond to Affirm directly. Instead, I was redirected to PissedConsumer

I am highly disappointed that I am unable to get anyone at that company to help me. All I need is them to change my phone number in the system and no one will do it. Apparently, there’s no one there with the capabilities of changing a phone number.

Their customer service is the worst. They have no power to do anything really except give you the runaround and it's very hard to understand what they're saying because they speak so fast and obviously not very good English in a lot of cases. You'd think a company that does most business in the United States would have United States based customer service but no they do not. And there's absolutely no way to contact anyone in the United States from this company. So they absolutely do nothing to help you and I have a legitimate case no one seems to care and no one seems to understand. But I'm going to get the Attorney General's office involved because I think it's probably some sort of a crime to take somebody's money for nothing
