Unable to complete application due to photo will not upload. I have had this problem ever since having to change my phone number I have not been able to use affirm even though I am in perfect standing with my loan payments for years and have current purchasing power I er $2000 I am not allowed to use this payment option all because of device technical difficulties.
It isn't fair, it's not right, and there is no one to help resolve the problem. As a result Affirm has lost a good long time customer.
My issue has not been resolved yet.
I have been caught up in a run-a-round. Affirm company sent me info that l owe 1,430.89 on a loan from Brinks Security Company.
I only made inquiries with them. I have talked to personnel in billing at Brinks several times. They have no record of me making a purchase or about payments. The last person said perhaps it was a quote.
I am at my wits-end. It seems that the matter could be solved if they just call Brinks Company for themselves.
Failure to approve my 4 payment plan when I have used it several times before.
I want to know why I wasn't approved and I will use Klarma in the future.
...I have nothing else to say to your disappointing company that I have used before.

Supervisor from phone line said it was due to the holidays. Asked me to call tomorrow if it is not resolved.
I first contacted customer service regarding this and I get told that it's a policy thing and the three cents will get dropped when my payment processes within 3-5 business days. Cool. I use the chat again and when I brought this up, my chats get continuously dropped after blowing me off with "just keep waiting", including by a supervisor! I am forced to call after customer service refused to transfer me back and I get now told "oh no, you have to wait 5-8 business days."
I like Affirm as a service but customer service is abysmal and appears to enjoy copying and pasting general answers rather than giving human and helpful response.
EDIT: I ended up speaking with a supervisor over the phone and she actually gave me a human answer and said it is indeed 3-5 business days.
She has told me to call tomorrow if it is not processed by today.
It is very sad I had to waste almost an hour and half of my life just to speak to someone who wouldn't give me a generic answer. Do better Affirm!

Affirm sent me a refund for the warranty of the product, and then sent a 1 penny refund. They are short of the cost of the product.
We returned the product to the store on September 20th because it was damaged.

I am highly disappointed that I am unable to get anyone at that company to help me. All I need is them to change my phone number in the system and no one will do it. Apparently, there’s no one there with the capabilities of changing a phone number.
Seems like nobody can change my phone number. I no longer have my old phone number and thats the only way I can get into my account yeah how do you like that? Thats just great isnt it yeah! Other than this issue prior to this affirm is an absolutely wonderful company but this right here sit right here.
This is an issue four months four months. Ive been locked out of my account four months. Ive been calling you changing all my information changing my phone number changing my phone number changing my phone number. Everyone says OK.
I got your phone number change. I go to get into my account.
Guess what cant get into the account I can sign up for a new account but hows that gonna let me see what I owe you know what Im gonna do. Im gonna remove my bank account actually Im gonna close down my bank account so that there will be no way you can get any money from me and then well see how fast youd let me in

If you use Affirm, that's great, but if you happen to have any issues at all, their customer service is horrendous. They close the chat channel without assisting you, and no, it doesn't time out, it's within seconds of you responding.
In other words, if it's an issue they don't want to deal with, they won't. I've always been on Autopay for every single bill; they removed Autopay without telling me. The phone representative I was finally able to get to said he didn't understand why it fell off; a system issue, apologies, etc. I paid it.
It took me two hours to get to the point of 'we don't know what happened.' That's not acceptable. You need to know and be able to help accordingly.

Technical
I am not able to upload my driver's license due to technical difficulty it just will not process this has been happening since I changed my phone number had to change my phone number now I'm not able to use affirm my new phone will not process so I use the old phone as instructed by affirm agent which I still happen to have that has the old number on it which seems to go further into the application process but still will not upload the identification so that I can complete the application process it just keeps buffering so today affirm has lost a long time good standing customer due to technical difficulties while affirm is taking my payments monthly I've been a customer for years always in good standing I have over $2,000 in purchasing power available but I'm not able to use it due to technical difficulties and no one that will help me resolve the issue you have lost a good standing customer today and I have lost affirm as a payment option which I have been using for years. This is not fair it is not right it's unsettling you are taking payments out of my checking account every month several several and always on time you should be willing to help me resolve this instead you're willing to lose a customer over it along time customer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was able to provide my id information over the phone and now have access to my account.Why it took so long with many phone calls is beyond me.
I'm still waiting for three emails from them asking for me to take pictures of my current ID and a selfie to send to them to unlock my account in order to get new loans with their bank partners. I'm going to freeze my Affirm card. They should be sending out their CEO's ID to everyone and bank account information in order for me to make sure my monthly payments are going to the correct address! Worst company I ever dealt with.
And I have been a customer for over 3 years already. Well, not anymore! Bye bye Affirm.
I will find another company that doesn't require ten pounds of ID questions when I talk to a customer service rep of yours. I feel really sorry for your employees.

I am disgusted. Allow people to put their payment method in so they can pay.
Don't use this entity. They have a nasty system.

Pay a balance
I was in the hospital had a stroke have all my paperwork trying to pay my balance yall can see I was a good costumer until I took sick trying too resolve this matter
Regards to my refund
I feel they are Not good customer service. It's a shame that you have to submit your information 5 and 6 times every time you speak to somebody you got to keep resending the same information.
You can't just get a a simple response and they keep giving you the runarounds nobody can just give you a accurate date time nothing. And I think that's sad that I'm still waiting on my refund of $28.74
