I've been with Affirm for quite a few years and never had a problem until now. A company has been taking money from my Affirm card for 3 months and I just noticed over 2 weeks ago.
I called them because there was absolutely nothing in my account to tell me where this money was going. I needed to order a part for a bed to raise the mattress, so my back isn't injured anymore from a high fall I had. They kept saying it would be 3-5 days to correct it and it's turned into that 3 times with no results until today, or so I thought. A supervisor told me she was sending me a new card by mail, the other is locked.
She said I would get a virtual card in the meantime that I could use. I tried to order the part and it was declined! They sent the virtual card but didn't activate it. So now, I look like a thief to this company I was ordering from.
I told them I would call Affirm to find out what's going on and I'm told they're still investigating. If they're still investigating, why did they send the virtual card and mail the plastic one? I'm so mad right now I can't see straight! I'm told again 3-5 days.
In the meantime, my back is getting worse because the air is getting lower which puts pressure where it shouldn't be.
I love this company for the convenience but now it's getting ridiculous. I've spent too much money with them to have them do this.

Long story short, it's been 3 years since my identity was stolen not once, but twice. I finally dealt with the credit bureaus, but you tell me: how could the person who committed the identity theft get everything and anything credit-wise that he wanted, yet I don't have enough revolving credit and have poor credit that wasn't my fault?
- I will say be customer service reps that i spoke to were very understanding but yet their hands are basically tied
Preferred solution: The ability to be like any other person in this country that is to get and be able to use credit
User's recommendation: Pray that you don't have some jack! Still your identity and run havoc and wreak havoc because guess what they have better abilities than you so pray you don't get a stolen

Please call me. I'm still waiting for an investigation on my case, but you're hurting my credit and I can't use you anymore, which isn't fair.
I would like to be contacted, or at least told what I can do to repair my credit standing with your company. There has to be someone I can speak to or call about this matter.

They have the WORST customer service. Don't use them for any loans if you are expecting integrity, professionalism, or just following the right procedures.
I purchased an item from a merchant. I returned it, and it was signed for by the merchant. It's been 40 days so far and no refund. The merchant wasn't being responsive, so I got Affirm involved.
At this point, I don't trust that the merchant will refund me, so I stopped making payments. Affirm doesn't offer buyer or consumer protection. They told me to continue making payments even though I don't have the merchandise. They also stated that whatever the merchant decides, I'm responsible for paying the entire loan, even if the merchant chooses not to refund me.
I'm receiving very little communication from Affirm about my dispute. Their customer service is lacking and they don't represent and protect the customer from unsavory merchants. I won't be using them any longer. I had connected this order to my debit card, which also doesn't offer buyer protection.
Next time, I will use my Amex card as they offer buyer protection.
I now realize I have other options. Affirm could improve by being more customer-oriented and offering buyers protection.

Multiple Loan Attempts to pay for GO CITY Failed
AFFIRM is currently making me pay for a loan that was rejected by the processing at GO CITY for not having the correct address. Then AFFIRM guided me during their support call to place a test order through OTHERS and ia now charging me for that call.
So, a loan for $288 is now over $900 because they told me to do so while trying to fix an issue. However I still only have $288 worth of goods that I purchased.
AFFIRM is making me pay on. A nonexistent $600 in purchases that they told me to do as a test.

These guys have a call center in India who I have already called 3 times, first I can only understand half of what they speak terrible English and after asking why my account cannot be unlocked or what the reason is for it to be blocked, their answer is, you have to use another company, and no we don't know why it is locked, and we cannot unlock it. Wow, what tremendous support they give, this company is REAL TRASH.

I purchased the item about a month ago the item is saying delivered but when I checked the tracking and look at the item hasn't even moved and I'm still paying for this item and so I need some answers. Otherwise I'm calling the bank to stop payment.. I have never had any problems until now with this merchant so something need to be done or please give me back my refund
