New ReviewerHi I still can't login to my account every time I call affirm they don't even listen to what I have to say or understand anything k g I'm talking about ,my problem is tgey can't update nothing and get it right cause I've been trying for at least 5 months to update just my phone number and now t h ey got my email associated with another and still can't login to the app to see where or what or pay on my account so I'm just not going to pay it until they can figure out how I can login to my account it's a simple fix but tge representative don't even give me a chance to talk they just want to immediately interrupt me and tell me to wait 7 mote days before someone woukd get ahold of me and he dident even let me explain what the problem is so affirm thanks but no thanks very nit well trained and knowledgeable people, thanks for nothing affirm00o0
Preferred solution: For them to fix my account so I can login into it and make payments and view my loan,but they can't even update my email or phone number correctly .
