Affirm - 2 weeks trying to get my acount right as of this date 04/01/2019 still can't get on my account !!!
Just keep getting the run around !! I paid my one account off,on time, never was late and now I can't get affirm to okay another purchase ..
I was told by Affirm they needed a photo ID with my picture ( drivers license)
front & back, last 4 of my SS number, which I tried to do but every time I tried it just kicks me back to the same old BS with their damn 4 code numbers..
I am just about ready to pay off my 2 other accounts with them and never use Affirm for any purchases.
I am sure I am not the first one to have a problem with Affirm.
If anyone can tell me how to contact them by phone please let me know..Thanks

I went thru the same thing yesterday with my ID and still havent heard from them
I'm having the same thing going on all to do with phone number change. Have sen't them stuff the ask for 5 times.
Just keep getting same message not readable. Going to stop payments with my bank till they fix it.
